Simplifying the Connection Between Different Systems and Data Sources
Mining operations generate a significant volume of information daily, including hydrochemical, hydrogeological, meteorological, atmospheric, and operational data, among others.
More and more, these operations are adopting automated monitoring systems, such as telemetry equipments, to track data in real time. However, the vast amount of data from multiple sources leads to the use of distinct systems, each specialized in a specific type of data, which can fragment information management.
These challenges often make data management a slow and inefficient process. Implementing an Integrated Data Management System simplifies this dynamic by centralizing all information in a single, constantly updated, and standardized repository. This continuous exchange between different data sources and the system is made possible through a process known as Data Integration.

She also earned a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the same university, where she conducted research on the performance analysis of mathematical models applied to climatology and water resources. She has experience in data science, modeling, and software development. Currently, she is part of the Digital team at Water Services and Technologies.
