The TD-Diver, manufactured by vanEssen Instruments, is a submersible datalogger designed for uninterrupted, real-time, and long-term water monitoring. This datalogger utilizes a pressure sensor when submerged at a fixed level below the water surface. The pressure sensor measures the hydrostatic pressure of the water above its diaphragm, allowing the calculation of the total water depth. The TD-Diver autonomously records pressure and temperature values in its internal memory.Β
