Yernat will act as the project manager. He had experience managing many projects, including a $3.2 million project. He has a bachelor’s degree in Geology (Hydrogeology) and exploration of mineral deposits. He participated in numerous hydrogeological projects for the mining industry, as well as in the assessment of groundwater reserves for the water supply of human settlements, for the public sector. He worked on various hydrogeological studies in the framework of draining open quarries and management of surface and groundwater resources. Yernat is a hydrogeologist with more than 10 years of professional experience and his professional experience includes work in the field of hydrogeological engineering and water resources management in Kazakhstan and Ukraine. Its competence includes the characteristics of aquifer systems and the quantification of surface and groundwater, the search and calculation of reserves for water supply, the study of the interaction of surface and groundwater, Pit drainage, the introduction of automated dewatering management systems and telemetry systems for groundwater monitoring, development of hydrogeological monitoring programs, management of hydrogeological projects, including groundwater flow modeling projects. He is currently the Director at Water Services and Technologies Kazakhstan, where he also works as a specialist in hydrogeology and water resources management.
