Water Services and Technologies Facilitates Collaboration Between Teams in Brazil and Kazakhstan

Water Services and Technologies (WST) promoted a focused immersion program bringing together teams from Brazil and Kazakhstan to strengthen technical alignment, share best practices, and foster day-to-day collaboration across offices. With an international footprint that includes operations in Kazakhstan, Canada, and Brazil, WST continues to invest in initiatives that connect expertise across regions and support consistent project delivery worldwide.

The immersion was led by Madi Saparov, Hydrogeologist and member of WST’s Kazakhstan team. During his time in Brazil, Madi visited Florianópolis and Belo Horizonte, where he closely observed the technical processes, the interaction between teams, and the practical application of knowledge across various areas of operation in Brazil.

The objective was to enable practical integration—not only through structured sessions, but through daily participation alongside Brazilian teams. In hydrogeology, where outcomes depend on context reading, integrated analysis, and multidisciplinary coordination, this type of exchange helps expand technical repertoire, accelerate learning, and strengthen shared standards across teams.

“Having the opportunity to work with our Brazilian team in Florianópolis, diving into their approaches to data management, project execution, and overall workflows. Can’t wait to bring these insights back to our Kazakhstan office! Great to see WST expanding internationally and building stronger connections between offices.” — Madi Saparov.

The initiative reinforces WST’s commitment to continuous development and to maintaining open channels for knowledge exchange—recognizing that consistent technical delivery is built through people, shared practices, and collaboration across different cultures and working environments.
